Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Wildwood Tree Farm. By making a reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a serene, safe, and memorable experience for all our guests while preserving the integrity of our historic cabin and 70-acre preserve.
Reservations & Payment
- A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance is due and will be automatically charged 3 days prior to your scheduled check-in date.
- A minimum stay of three (3) nights is required for all bookings.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling: If you need to change your plans, you may cancel up to 7 days prior to your check-in date to receive a one-time reschedule credit, valid for one year from the original booking date. The reschedule is subject to lodging availability and any seasonal rate differences.
- Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the check-in date will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit. No refund or credit will be issued.
- Cancellations made after the final payment (within 3 days of arrival) will result in the forfeiture of the full reservation amount.
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for any damages to the cabin, its contents, or the surrounding property during their stay.
- To maintain the tranquility of the preserve, parties and large events are not permitted without prior arrangement as part of a Group Retreat booking.
- All posted property rules, including those related to fire safety and wildlife, must be adhered to at all times.

This Privacy Policy describes how Wildwood Tree Farm ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you use our website or make a reservation. We are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the laws of Washington State.
