Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Wildwood Tree Farm. By making a reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a serene, safe, and memorable experience for all our guests while preserving the integrity of our historic cabin and 70-acre preserve.

Reservations & Payment

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance is due and will be automatically charged 3 days prior to your scheduled check-in date.
• A minimum stay of three (3) nights is required for all bookings.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling: If you need to change your plans, you may cancel up to 7 days prior to your check-in date to receive a one-time reschedule credit, valid for one year from the original booking date. The reschedule is subject to lodging availability and any seasonal rate differences.
• Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the check-in date will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit. No refund or credit will be issued.
• Cancellations made after the final payment (within 3 days of arrival) will result in the forfeiture of the full reservation amount.

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for any damages to the cabin, its contents, or the surrounding property during their stay.
• To maintain the tranquility of the preserve, parties and large events are not permitted without prior arrangement as part of a Group Retreat booking.
• All posted property rules, including those related to fire safety and wildlife, must be adhered to at all times.

• Payment Information: Credit card details and billing address, which are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

• With trusted service providers, such as payment processors, who assist us in operating our business.
